We took a trip down the wet trail at FGCU. We were definitely wet by the time we were finished. It was pouring the whole time but still was a fun experience. We traveled down the trail into the cypress dome where all the cypress trees a located and create a dome like top with there leaves and branches.
We were lucky enough that it was dry season and we weren't up to our knees in water treading through the trail, we just had to suffer through the rain.

ECHO is basically a giant FGCU Food Forest with a much greater variety of fruits and vegetables. ECHO is known for its miracle fruit as well as the moringa. The miracle fruit gets its name because it can make anything you eat have a sweet taste. The moringa plant can be eaten and also can be used to filter dirty water. The moringa is very high in nutrients. At ECHO I decided to try more of the foods than I did at the food forest. I think one of the berries I tried had a "protein surprise."
